To say that the new ComFold folder gluer from Kluge ran well at Graphics of the Americas 2007 would be an understatement. The Miami, Florida show ran March 2 – 4, 2007 and Kluge’s new Automatic folder gluer wooed the crowd with consistent production speeds of 44,000 pieces per hour.
Kluge exhibited at booth# 1018 where the ComFold folded and glued playing card-sized boxes at almost 20,000 pieces per hour more than anticipated. What’s more, with its two-up capabilities, the ComFold folder gluer could have reached the 70,000 – 80,000 range by running two channels side-by-side!
Tim Kirkland (Eastern Region Sales Manager) and Thomas Andersen (International Sales Manager) were at the show to introduce the new folder gluer. Those fortunate enough to see the ComFold folder gluer in action will know that the machine is based on our popular OmniFold Automatic folder gluer. Designed with specific applications in mind and customized for your folding and gluing needs, the ComFold folder gluer is: COMPACT to make the most of your valuable real estate, OPTIMIZED to your specific markets and MODULAR for flexible configurations.
